About us
Utilityserve was created in 2009 in response to requests from developers who needed help with handling the increasingly complex connection arrangements with utility companies.
Utilityserve provides an affordable service to builders of smaller developments, taking on the time-consuming task of co-ordinating the installation of household services on their behalf. Utilityserve doesn’t employ other management service companies to oversee any of its projects and, as a local service, is available to make site visits.
The preferred areas covered by Utilityserve are South West London and adjoining counties.
